Self-tapping screws for sandwich panels in wooden structures
We offer TEX self-tapping screws for fixing sandwich panels to a wooden structure. The self-tapping screws are made of high-grade galvanized steel with a vulcanized and galvanized EPDM pad.
The diameter of the screw is 6.5 mm, the width of the head is 8 mm hexagon, the length of the drill bit is 2 mm. Screw lengths are from 100-360mm. Drilling capacity tI + tII: 2.0 mm. Anchorage depth at least 30mm. Recommended for fixing roof and wall panels.

We offer the following plating options
TEX self-tapping screws are made of galvanized stainless steel. Hexagonal 8mm threaded head (10.5mm diameter whole head). The EPDM pad is galvanized and vulcanized in dimensions 16 mm (standard), 19 mm.
The use of the screw is for wooden structures without pre-drilling using a cordless drill (1000-1800 rpm). The total length of the screws is from 100-360mm (L), drill diameter 6.5mm, drill length 2mm, 7mm top thread for better tightening. Drilling capacity tI + tII: 2.0 mm. Anchorage depth at least 30mm. Screws are calculated at 3-5% of the price of the panels (when estimating the quantity). Available in any RAL color for an additional fee.
